Gordon Harris

President & COO

Gordon brings over 30 years of experience in management, fundraising, grant development, and operations management with not for profit organizations and in the private sector. 

He also held the position of Senior Vice President at Sovereign Bank, where he was responsible for workforce development, retention, training, and vendor diversity. Prior to his role at Sovereign Bank, Gordon was on the management team at the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe/Foxwoods Resort and Casino. 

Judi Urquhart

Managing Director

Judi brings over 30 years of experience in direct marketing and fundraising to her role at Wakeby Fire and Associates. Her career tenure with roles in direct marketing, database management, grant writing and administration includes experience in both commercial and nonprofit organizations such as American Express, Outward Bound and World Society for the Protection of Animals as well as in direct marketing agencies such as A.B. Data, Epsilon and Newport Creative Communications. 


MJ O'Brien

Senior Designer

MJ has more than 30 years experience in graphic design. She holds degrees in graphic design and has won numerous industry awards for her creative designs. MJ uses the latest design techniques to develop direct mail campaigns and branding for our clients, that gets results.
